The Partnership Panel comprises a diverse group of organisations working together to deliver the A Good Life cultural strategy. These partners collaborate to design, shape, and champion cultural and placemaking projects that reflect the community’s needs and aspirations. Working alongside the Partnership Panel, the People’s Panel helps to co-design and oversee initiatives that empower residents and foster a sense of belonging.
Together, the Partnership and People’s Panels are driving a cultural transformation in Havering, aiming to create a vibrant, equitable, and community-driven cultural landscape.

Royal Central School of Speech & Drama
The Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity (PTEQ) is a pioneering research hub based at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. PTEQ brings together cultural-industry and community partners to champion inclusivity, diversity, and resource equity through technological innovation in the arts.

Havering Museum
Havering Museum tells the remarkable story of Havering from pre-history to the present day and celebrates the achievements of local people while exploring how the areas that make up the Borough, were formed and developed. An accredited, independent museum, run by volunteers and always has an exciting event programmes for adults and families.

Arts Council England
Arts Council England is the national development agency for creativity and culture. Our vision, set out in our strategy Let’s Create, is that by 2030, we want England to be a country in which the creativity of each of us is valued and given the chance to flourish, and where every one of us has access to a remarkable range of high-quality cultural experiences. Between 2023 and 2026 we will have invested over £467 million of public money from Government, alongside an estimated £250 million each year from The National Lottery, to help ensure that people in every part of the country have access to culture and creativity in the places where they live. Until Autumn 2025, the National Lottery is celebrating its 30th anniversary of supporting good causes in the United Kingdom: since the first draw was held in 1994, it has raised £49 billion and awarded more than 690,000 individual grants.

Havering Changing
Havering Changing is an Arts Council England Creative People and Places programme which supports local people in Collier Row, Harold Hill, Orchard Village, Rainham & Rush Green to choose, create and take part in their own programme of arts and culture. Havering Changing is a consortium of eight organisations, led by Queen's Theatre Hornchurch, working with Clarion Futures (the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group), New City College, Havering Asian Social & Welfare Association (HASWA), Havering Volunteer Centre, London Borough of Havering Youth Services and MyPlace, Kaleidoscope, and The Mercury Shopping Centre.

Romford BID
Romford BID invests in projects that enhance the town’s environment, support local businesses, and improve safety. By funding initiatives that create cleaner streets, vibrant spaces, and secure surroundings, the BID helps build a welcoming town centre where businesses thrive, visitors feel safe, and the community can enjoy a better experience.
