Discovering Havering’s Hidden Gem

Explore the rich history of this Hidden Gem that is St Mary Magdalene Church  Sited in North Ockendon on the edge of the East London fenland, outside the M25 where pilgrims past and were baptised at St Cedd’s Well, enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this ancient building in its rural surroundings.

Join us for a day of activities including:

• 10.30am – 11.30am Demonstration of church bells
• 10.30-12noon Handbells available to try
• 12noon – 2pm Organ favourites and requests
• 2pm  Handbell demonstration from the village team

Throughout the day there will be history displays and tours, quiet spaces for reflection and refreshments.
