On Sunday 19th October between 11am and 4pm, Romford BID together with partners Havering Changing, HASWA and Clarion, will be hosting their annual Diwali Celebration. There will be spectacular performances from Bollywood and Bhangra dancers, Dhol drummers and much more and this all FREE to attend!
