The Ionians : Live music at The Mercury Mall

Catch The Ionians live at The Mercury Mall from 3–6pm on the Saturday as part of Suburban Legends.

Formed in 2025 and based at MyPlace in Harold Hill, The Ionians are a youth-led music collective of young people creating a youth music movement across Havering – where young people promote, film, produce and perform regular gigs.

Working with local bands, they’ll bring an afternoon of live music proving that Romford still ‘rocks’. Enjoy a host of bands playing your favourite covers and original songs, celebrating the borough’s vibrant music scene.

Come along, support local young artists and enjoy the sound of the next generation of Havering musicians.
