Havering Changing – Deputy Director

As Deputy Director, you will help to drive the next stage of Havering Changing’s development, expanding its creative programme and audience reach while maintaining strong leadership across operations and evaluation. Working alongside the Project Director, the role ensures community-led ideas become ambitious, high-quality projects that engage more diverse audiences, delivered through robust systems, clear planning and meaningful insight. By connecting programme, people and learning, the Deputy Director supports Havering Changing to grow its impact and long-term sustainability as a leading community-led cultural programme.

Salary: £39,460
Responsible to: Havering Changing Project Director
Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (Flexibility of working hours required including evening and weekends)
