Volunteering
Each year, volunteers join our team and become an important part of running GDIF. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to assist in bringing our festival programme to life.
Who can volunteer?
- Anyone can volunteer at GDIF 2026, the only criteria is that you must:

Be aged 18 or over
- Be friendly, reliable and have an interest in the work GDIF does, free outdoor arts.

Be able to commit to volunteering at 3 shifts (or more) at GDIF this Summer. GDIF takes place between 21st August – 6th September.

We welcome volunteers who are Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to support you on site. To find out more about accessible volunteering contact volunteer@festival.org
